Viva Surf School

A surf brand built for progression, not initiation

Viva Surf School is a fictional surf school created as the final project for a UX/UI specialist course, conceived for surfers who already master the basics and are looking for progression, lifestyle and community rather than simple lessons.

A clear problem: advanced surfers feel unseen

Most surf schools speak almost exclusively to beginners, with stock‑style visuals and generic messaging that ignore more experienced riders, so Viva positions itself as a space that openly says “this is for surfers who want to go deeper”.

A visual language of controlled energy and ritual

The new website and identity use clean wave‑inspired lines, spacious layouts and focused calls‑to‑action to balance performance information—levels, coaches, programs—with an immersive lifestyle narrative rooted in nature, well‑being and community.

UX that removes friction for experienced surfers

The UX architecture prioritizes what advanced surfers check first—conditions, level fit, coaching style and how to book—reducing clicks to key actions and aligning brand, storytelling and product in a focused, high‑impact digital experience.
